Organizer and Event. Professional conferences, seminars, forums, and presentations (hereinafter referred to as the "Event") are organized by "Cube Invest" CJSC (hereinafter also referred to as the "Company" or the "Organizer"). The specific date and venue details are specified in the invitation or registration page for each Event.
Application and Confirmation. Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee participation. All applications are reviewed by "Cube Invest" CJSC. The Company may approve, decline, or place an application on a waiting list at its sole discretion.
QR Entry Pass. Approved participants will receive a confirmation email and a personal QR entry pass. The QR entry pass is personal, non-transferable, and may be checked together with an identity document at the entrance.
Access Rules. Pre-registration is required for the main Event. Access to private discussions, Gala Dinners, and special receptions is possible exclusively via personal invitation or through special partner lists. The Organizer may refuse entry if registration, confirmation, or security requirements are not met.
Programme Changes. The Organizer may make reasonable changes to the programme, schedule, or invitation and ticket verification procedures if required for organizational, security, or other practical reasons.
Conduct and Code of Ethics. Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward other attendees, partners, staff, and venue representatives. The Company may, at its sole discretion, refuse entry to any participant or ask them to leave the premises if they fail to comply with the code of ethics.
Photography and Video Recording. Photography and video recording will take place during the Event. The recorded materials may be used by the Organizer for public coverage, archival, and promotional purposes. By attending the event, participants acknowledge that their image may appear in such materials. In case of specific concerns, participants should contact the Organizer in advance.
Travel and Expenses. Unless separately agreed in writing, participants shall be independently responsible for their own travel, accommodation, visa, insurance, and other personal expenses.

Privacy Notice
Data Collected. The registration form collects the following information: full name, email address, and mobile number.
Purpose of Processing. The information is used to review applications, communicate with applicants, manage event access, issue confirmation emails and QR entry passes, and support security and event management purposes.
Service Providers. Data may be shared with technical, registration, event, venue, or security service providers only to the extent necessary to organize the Event. The Organizer does not sell participant data.
Updates. Messages regarding future initiatives of "Cube Invest" CJSC will be sent only with the participant's voluntary consent or on other grounds permitted by applicable law. The participant has the right to unsubscribe or request the deletion of their data from the system at any time.
Retention Period. Personal data will be kept only as long as reasonably necessary for Event administration, reporting, security, legal, and operational purposes, after which it will be deleted or, if necessary, rendered anonymous.
Participant Rights. Participants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data.
Identity Verification. The Company may, at its sole discretion, require a participant to present an identification document.
